STEP 1: Sustainability and/or budget of the project

As with any project, it is important to be clear about the budget available. If you do not have the funds, it is necessary to investigate and manage resources for the sustainability and development of the project. This can be done by applying for artistic scholarships or grants, through crowdfunding, self-management, among others.

At this stage it is important to define a budget for costs, investments and profits (or estimates). Once all this information is clear, the project timeline, detailed below, can be made.

Financial
This technical competence refers to the handling of some mathematical and administrative concepts necessary for budget control and project management
Adaptation to changes
In this step, a great deal of flexibility is required in the face of challenges, especially economic ones, which may arise.
Autonomy and personal initiative
As previously mentioned, this skill is necessary to face steps that require a more individual professional demand and responsibility. In this case, it is important to designate the person or team responsible for this step.
Creativity
Despite being one of the most technical steps in the development of the project, it also requires a certain amount of creativity, since different alternatives must be explored and sought in order to make the project sustainable so that it can be properly executed.
Observations
One strategy for sustainability is to determine the team's fees in advance.

Work in coordination with the Finance and Human Resources team, if any.

Then, it will be necessary to select the team involved. This aspect can vary depending on the initial conformation of the group and its forms of organisation, as well as the budget available. In any case, it is important to consider some of the roles explained below.
